Mentor and Coach
We find that much of what we do is not only new but hard to understand in the first instance. The main reasons for this are that most management training does not provide the tools and skills for navigating complexity.

Objective: To give leaders an effective way of navigating complexity.
How: We can provide these services in different ways using virtual communications as well as face to face support. In most cases, we will initiate the support by means of a team briefing so that the broad principles of what we do and how we approach problems can be understood across the team. This can be seen from the Risk Leadership Framework.
